Indigo Telecom has launched a new adaptor - Thuraya SatSleeve - which allows iPhone users to make calls via satellite service. Measuring 5.4 x 2.7 x 1.2 inches and weighing 0.99kg, the Sh78,120 SatSleeve covers the iPhone; similar to a standard protective case. The adaptor holds the Thuraya SIM card, has a built in earpiece and microphone to act as a standalone phone in emergency situations. It comes with a free app from the iTunes App Store.
